A Social Worker, a product of DAV College, Lahore, Ex-Internal Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan; had also held responsible positions in the offices of Director of Audit, Central Revenues, Comptroller & Auditor General of India and Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi. Author of "Indian Origin of New Zealand's Maori" (1995) "Homeland of Aryans" (1998) and "The People of Fiji Islands - A Historical Perspective; (2006). Had also compiled the First Edition of `Accounts Manual for D.A.V. Public Schools’ in 1990 and functioned as Hony. Advisor (Audit) too for about ten years in the D.A.V. College Managing Committee Office.
