Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India, legal luminary & versatile genius, born on 3 may, 1926 at Jhajjar Distt. Rohtak. A graduate from Hindu and Ramjas College of Delhi University and also law graduate. He joined the profession of law in the year 1951. He fought for justice to the right cause and right people. Fought many cases for the cause of DAV successfully, including the case against certain un-scrupulous individuals who illegally and unauthorisedly trespassed into and occupied the premises of DAV CMC, Chitra Gupta Road, New Delhi, President of Nyaya Sabha of Sarvdeshik Arya Pratinidhi Sabha, associated with Arya samaj for more than 60 years, founder trustee of Jairam Ashram Haridwar, Delhi and Kurukshetra, held position as Chairman of many colleges of Delhi University. He successfully fought many election cases including the cases of Sarvshree Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Raj Mata Sindiya, K.K. Birla. He cross examined Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru and G.B. Pant in 1957. He contested the case of ban imposed on RSS in the year 1992 and got the same lifted. He is Chairman and trustee of many religious societies.
