Retired IA & AS, A product of DAV College, Jalandhar, ex Audit Officer, Office of the Director of Audit Central Revenues, New Delhi, remained on deputation to University Grants Commission and Municipal Corporation of Delhi, held office of Deputy Accountant General, Punjab, was on deputation to Lok Sabha Secretariat till 1989 when he retired, and has been associated with DAV College Managing Committee since then.
